Thriller Bark Outfit

Once again, I am inspired to draw outfits for Jenka in One Piece. I plan on doing another one for the story in the manga so far. I dunno what to really call it.... either Red Line Arc or Shabony Archipelago Arc. Haven't decided yet....

Anyways, this is Jenka's "Thriller Bark" outfit when they help Brook find his shadow and well.... beat the bad guys. ^^ The outfit on top with the white shirt with a red cross is the outfit she's in when the crew first meets Brook on his old ship out at sea. ^_^



ARC DESCRIPTION FOR JENKA:

When Jenka first meets Brook, she reacted the same way as the others: freaked and confused. When they get to Thriller Bark, Jenka's not too happy to be there considering graveyards give her bad memories and a bit depressed. She walks with Luffy and the others while trying to find Nami, Usopp, and Chopper. She battles with the General zombies where her and Luffy are the only ones who recognize Zoro's zombie. She fights along side Robin and Franky against the rest as well as the spider monkey zombie.

After saving Usopp and Chopper then returning to the ship to find the boys, Jenka sticks with Robin and Chopper this time, facing off against Dr. hogback, Cindery, and Sanji and Zoro's zombies. Realize how strong Zoro truly is, her and Robin face off against Zoro's zombie and both get thrown back by Sanji's zombie kick. After tricking Dr. Hogback and encountering Oz, Jenka finds it very difficult to fight the giant of a zombie when his punches are powerful enough to damage her telekinetic force fields. Thankfully her shadow was never taken, but she was knocked out by overpowering punches at her force field and knocked her unconscious.

After defeating Oz and Moria, she screams out for Zoro when she sees him disappearing and again when fighting Moria. she has shown hints of feelings for Zoro up to this point, but after Moria's defeat she is making it more obvious of her affections for him when wanting him to run away from Kuma.

Thanks to the last of her strength in her telekinesis, Jenka uses a force field to protect everyone from Kuma's "air bomb" making them miraculously survive. Unfortunately though, she was one of the few who saw Zoro and Sanji sacrificing themselves to Kuma. Terrified to lose Zoro, she tries to get up and and yell after him, but her strength was completely drained and she was too weak to get any words out. So she sadly had to watch in horror as Zoro suffered the taste of Luffy's pain then disappeared with Kuma to relocate his sacrifice; thus causing her to black out.

When she wakes up, she hardly celebrates and stays by Zoro's side and places a pint of grog next to him to honor his courage and loyalty. After hearing Brook's past, not only did her respect for him sky rocket, but she realized they both had frightfully similar pasts and he is the only one who knows more about her past than anyone else.
