After several months of becoming a Rosario + Vampire fan, it was about time I designed an OC, right? haha So here it is!! And yes, there are many "pantsu" shots in the anime.... but once you look beyond that the story's funny and cute~ ^.^
Here's her bio (FYI, "youkai" means "demon" in Japanese for her "race"):

PERSONALITY: She's goes back and forth between being calm and quiet to outgoing and wild. She's a tomboy,
ABILITIES: Create/control fire, make things hot even her own body, great agility, and love charms to attract a mate

BIO: Hanabi's race is extremely rare, so youkai usually make fun of her being a fire nymph when they mostly associate with nature and water. She's spunky and wild like the tomboy she is, but she has quite a few of her shy quiet moments. But ironically enough she loves plants. She's constantly being teased for it since she usually sets the plants on fire whenever she tries to take care of them. Otherwise she's playing sports and beating the guys at their own game, sometimes even by herself.

She appears a little after Mizore joins the group when she's forced to act as a slave to a group of bullies or else they'll tell the academy that she was the one who mysteriously burned down the school's gym on accident. Tsukune and the gang help her out and after beating the bullies, gets herself beaten by the other Moka from a pride argument, she eventually joins the group and the Newspaper Club; that's where she falls more in love with Gin, who she's admired from afar for some time before joining.

Other than liking plants, she ironically gets along better with Mizore the Snow girl when it's her weakness. But they have a lot of similar interests and so they become closer friends, especially since they're not after the same guy (which is a relief for the rest of the girls haha). On the other hand she doesn't get along with Kurumu for a couple reasons: she constantly teases her for her tomboyish ways and not being "feminine" enough for boys. And second they are similar youkai; mostly the tail and "love charm" they both possess.

When she's exposes pieces of her demon form her eyes turn yellow, her ears grow longer and elf-like, her nails are slightly longer, and a tail with a fire tip comes out under her skirt. In her race, once you reach womanhood you lose your tail. Unlike Kurumu, she only uses her power to manipulate some of the students at school rather than for love. It's because she wants the love to be real and it's why she vows never to use it against Gin. Some time's her body will spontaneously combust with different color fire depending on her emotions. She has little control over it, exposes to everyone what emotions she's feeling. For example: blue fire = sadness, red fire = anger, dark pink = blushing/embarrassed, etc.

She absolutely hates and even fears Satyrs. Satyrs are perfect mates for all nymphs and usually force their love charms on the nymphs or force the nymphs (if unwilling) to use their charm on other males. Most of the time Satyrs use nymphs for sexual pleasure and productivity or to please family ties with races. And since Hanabi loves Gin, a werewolf, she fears that one day a Satyr will use a charm on her or force her to rid her love for Gin. It's only a matter of time before her parents make preparations to pick out a Satyr mate for her with an arranged engagement.
