HAPPY BIRTHDAY ~!!

A few days late, but I didn't forget!! XP

This year it was hard to figure out exactly what theme to draw for her, but I remember about us talking about Boa Hancock from One Piece a while back and I thought she'd be perfect to dress up as the Pirate Empress for her birthday~ ^w^ I was gonna draw her fav Hetalia character, but I didn't want to flat out ask her otherwise it'd be too obvious... lol
