I am SO pissed right now! The 6th Harry Potter movie comes out tomorrow and I won't be able to see it til Sunday at the earliest! Talk about torture!! The reason: my eye. =.=

I took out my contacts last night and had immediate pain. My eyes teared up like I was crying and my eyes burned like crazy I couldn't even open them up .So I felt my way back to my bed and fell asleep hoping by morning I'd be ok. I woke up and thankfully only my right eye was still tearing and burning, but I still couldn't open it up. I went over to my neighbor's for help (she works at a hospital) and told me it wasn't pink eye, but an eye ulcer. O_O Whether I fully understood or not, I knew the word "ulcer" was bad. But I was terrified because I don't have medical insurance.
God bless her for connections.
She drove me to the ER with no wait and paperwork and got me to see a doctor right away. They cleaned out my eye, numbed it (with some cool yellow stuff I might add) and put me under a blacklight. They found a small spot over my cornea and told me my contact had scratched my eye due to dryness. They said if it doesn't get medicine in 48 hours it could turn into an eye ulcer. O_O I got the medicine right away... FOR FREE!!! I am SO lucky and thankful for my neighbor's connections!! I got a $150 medicine bottle for free!! Not to mention I only had to pay $60 for the ER fee. OwO I am truly lucky for this woman! So I'm fine, but now I have to wear a patch for 5 days so I can't go see Harry Potter this weekend. >_< That, and I can't wear my contacts so I'm literally blind (damn I wish my glasses were updated with my current prescription! blah!). No really, I am SO nearsighted that an object has to be about an inch or two away from my eyes for me to see it clearly. This sucks.... at least I don't have to work til Friday.... @_@
Just a quick FYI, typing with one eye isn't so bad... depth perception is funky though.

Finally saw Transformers 2 yesterday and was very pleased!! But I didn't like the ending at all. There's nothing but fight scenes throughout the entire movie and yet the final battle was way too short when it should've ben the ultimate battle sort of feeling, you know? Oh well, can't wait for the third Transformers!! Ooooh yes, there IS a third one peeps. Still need to see Public Enemies.... T_T wait for me Johnny Depp, my love!!

I have a ton of new artwork I wanna post and can't! >.< I might be able too pretty soon, but who knows. My awesome friend is still letting me borrow her Mac, an we downloaded a Photoshop trial for it so I might be able to get some pages up since I have the next 4 pages ready. @_@ If I can i'll use my cell phone camera for now to upload pics in the meantime. I have a couple fanfics I'm finishing up on, so maybe I'll post those first in the meantime. One of them has a one page comic to it, so I might wait to post that one til the comic's up. and trust me, many of my viewers will love me for this comic. =w= You'll all find out why.

Trying to get some vacation time in for the summer to see my folks back in CDA, Idaho. I'm getting time off around July 25-30, so unfortunately I can't be home for my birthday. But I'm excited to see my puppies again and my friend Alisha. I'm hoping to go to the Silverwood amusement park over there too and chill at Boulder Beach. That park kicks ass~ Plus there's the lake, hiking, ATVing, and Gooies. ^w^
